Our approach combines the quantitative research of economic theory and the qualitative theories of pyschology, leadership, and education.

Financial EducationSince 2015 almost one million research papers or journal entries have been written globally on the topic of financial education. Yet the problem persists. Through the FLEC platform and global research we can draw common themes in terms minimizing the education gap. Our research enables partnership and collaboration by and among nonprofit organizations, schools, communities, workplaces, units of government, employers, and financial institutions to help achieve financial empowerment.
